The existence of Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane has been questioned again ahead of the Europa Conference League duel between Spurs and Pacos de Ferreira, Thursday (19/8/2021).
The reason is, on the flight to Portugal, there is no photo of Kane on the club's Twitter account.
Kane did not participate in Spurs' first Premier League game this season. In that match, Spurs won 1-0 over the club he was linked with, Manchester City.
The striker had skipped training and that increased speculation he was determined to leave the club. However, Kane finally returned to training on Friday (13/8/2021).
Having just returned to full training, it is known that Kane is considered not ready to return to action in the Premier League.
The centre-forward, who is looking to leave for Manchester City this summer, has been training with his team-mates all week.
According to The Guardian, Manchester City will make a last-ditch effort to secure Kane, but Spurs boss Daniel Levy is in no mood to negotiate.
Harry Kane is ready to play for the first time since Euro 2020, although he is desperate to leave Spurs for a club that can win trophies.
Another Season
The England striker has revealed his desire to leave the club this summer. He reportedly agreed to join Manchester City.
However, Spurs boss, Daniel Levy, steadfastly defended the captain. He will keep Harry Kane at least until next season.
Spurs manager Nuno Espirito Santo hinted on Sunday that Harry Kane would be brought to Portugal to face Pacos de Ferreira. There is also a possibility in the match against Wolves in the Premier League this weekend.
"He has to get ready and help the team. We still have to go to Portugal and then we think about Wolves (on Sunday)," he said.
